Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team at Jeremy Hodge - Toyota of Ardmore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve dealership sales objectives and goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Sales Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales team members.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives to improve CSI scores.
    • Work with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage new and used vehicle inventory to meet sales objectives.
    • Work with the marketing department to create effective inventory promotions.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer management.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications
    • Operator Driver's License; State Inspection License.
