Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of our branch in Ardmore, OK. As the Executive Director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
  • Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
  • Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Requirements:

  • A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
  • Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.

What We Offer:

  • $80,000 base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share.
