We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant/Personal Concierge to support the President of Mid-Atlantic Mechanical in Columbus, NJ. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. They must be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and possess exceptional ability to prioritize tasks. A college degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
  • Read and respond to emails, reviewing correspondence with the President for swift and appropriate replies.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Handle general office duties to support day-to-day operations within a mechanical contracting and construction realm.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Draft written correspondence via email or regular mail.
  • Maintain professional relationships with Mid-Atlantic's longstanding business contacts.

Personal Concierge Expectations

  • Assist with on-site support at the President's working farm.
  • Coordinate dog vet visits, boarding, and ensure pet care is up to date.
  • Manage medical appointments and monitor prescription refills.
  • Plan family holidays and parties, including logistics and itineraries.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for both business and personal needs.
Benefits
  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
