Position Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager to foster a customer-centric and product-driven sales environment. This position is essential in ensuring that our core values and guiding principles are integral to all store activities, including overseeing sales operations, safeguarding assets, and managing human resources functions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate sales metrics and key performance indicators to identify business needs; collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective in-store sales strategies.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations, ensuring the store team is accountable for meeting brand performance and conduct standards.
  • Manage payroll and inventory budgets effectively.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks such as staff scheduling, audits, inventory management, and payroll accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations, loss prevention policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Exemplify and promote outstanding customer service principles, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and development of a high-performing team.
  • Enhance associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities with a strong sales performance history.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing activities during the shift.
