Your Responsibilities:

Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience: You will balance various responsibilities, enthusiastically welcoming guests and encouraging them to explore our offerings while ensuring the entire team provides exceptional service.

Additionally, you will assist in guest de-escalation, supporting your colleagues when necessary.

Your drive for enhancing customer service will lead you to discover innovative strategies to improve our operational processes for the benefit of our guests.

You will also ensure the team is prepared to manage guest bookings efficiently, maintaining timely experiences and swiftly addressing any issues.


Technical Assistance and Problem Solving:
You will be adept at using various technological devices.

Regular hardware and software inspections will be part of your routine, with immediate reporting of any concerns to the Store Manager and technical support.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on new software implementations and experience rollouts.

Facility Maintenance:

Keeping our venue pristine is essential. You will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our store, experience rooms, and equipment, providing a premium atmosphere for our guests.


Store Operations:

You will assist in developing employee schedules to guarantee sufficient coverage during peak times while adhering to scheduling regulations.

Working alongside the management team, you will maintain daily operational checklists and audits.

Monitoring breaks in compliance with state laws and company policies will also be part of your role, as well as aiding in the timecard approval process.

Proactively seeking future bookings and setting achievable sales targets for your team will be crucial for sustained growth.

You will celebrate team successes and employ positive reinforcement to achieve collective goals.


Team Leadership:

Regular check-ins with team members at the start of their shifts will be part of your routine, providing clarity on daily objectives and strategies for success.

You will engage with team members, offering real-time coaching to enhance performance and morale. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will participate in the hiring process for new team members.

Identifying coaching opportunities for your colleagues will be essential, collaborating with the Store Manager to set developmental goals.


Training and Development:

Your comprehensive understanding of store operations will allow you to step into various roles as needed.

Facilitating the onboarding of new team members through hands-on training will be part of your responsibilities.

You will also oversee the completion of assigned training modules, ensuring new staff receive the necessary support while maintaining front-of-house service.
