Content Strategist

Position Overview:

Our client, a leading provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in California, is in search of a skilled Copy Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze creative briefs, participate in kickoff meetings, and engage proactively with questions at the start of projects.
• Develop concepts and copy strategies informed by insights derived from creative briefs.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Production Designers, Brand Strategists, and other marketing professionals to craft compelling campaigns and tactical implementations.
• Adhere to established writing style guidelines, brand standards, and the AP style guide.
• Partner with client stakeholders and teams to address complex copy challenges.
• Identify and execute process improvements.
• Advocate for brand identity and provide strategic insights on verbal brand expression matters.
• Ensure that copy is effective, impactful, and aligns with brand standards to enhance the creative team's strategic capabilities.
• Create written content that facilitates a seamless journey from onboarding to retention, simplifying complex information for better understanding.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven skills in concept development, brainstorming, and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare content.
• Background in advertising agencies.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
