Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Grow customer market share through strong customer connections and develop and implement plans to drive both new business and aftermarket business.

  • Financial Management: Understand and manage financial metrics, including sales, parts, and service.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a sales-focused environment and 5+ years of service and support experience.
  • Skills: Passionate about operational effectiveness, culture, and team development, and process discipline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with John Deere and competitive agricultural and large equipment.
