Construction Quality Assurance Manager

RQ Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial construction industry. A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required, and RMS/QCS training is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality control plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Collaborating with project teams to resolve quality control issues and ensure timely completion
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
