We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Task Manager to join our team at Illuminate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
- Coordinate actions with proper elements within the customer space, across the IC, and with other government and private sector entities
- Prepare training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
- Demonstrated experience receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
- Demonstrated experience processing and routing staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
Education and Experience:
- Candidate must possess one of the following combinations: Masters degree + 10 years relevant experience, or Bachelors degree + 18 years relevant experience
