Job Summary

The Sponsorship and Advertising Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of local, regional, and national sponsorships, brand activations, and local, regional media sales across the RED portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue-generating marketing strategies to attract new sponsors and advertisers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, advertisers, and marketing teams
  • Manage and execute sponsorship and advertising programs, including event planning and activation
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a corporate sponsorship or sports management role
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue through sponsorship and advertising sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
