About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Equipment Engineer to join our team at Philips North America. As a key member of our product development laboratory, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our assembly, measurement, and test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all test equipment is in optimal condition and functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and lab technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues with custom-developed assembly and test equipment.
  • Work with product development project teams to improve test methods, recommend, and implement improvements to test equipment.
  • Develop and maintain calibration and maintenance procedures for automated and semi-automated test equipment.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools necessary to support installed equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of test and verification within product development.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic actuators and systems, sensors, measurement systems, and vision systems.
  • LabVIEW, Matlab, or Python programming experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a global R&D innovation environment and collaborate with test equipment partners.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $141,000 annually, plus additional benefits such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, and long-term incentives. Our benefits program includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
