We are in search of a driven and seasoned Warehouse Operations Support Manager to oversee our logistics operations.

The selected candidate will be tasked with monitoring and reporting on inventory levels across our logistics facilities, with an emphasis on optimizing processes, ensuring precise record-keeping, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute enhancement strategies for overall warehouse logistics operations.


Collaborate with team leaders, headquarters, regional headquarters, team members, and site managers to ensure alignment and effective implementation of operational strategies.

Establish operational protocols for the verification of incoming and outgoing shipments across various locations.

Monitor physical inventory levels and identify discrepancies, conducting root-cause analyses to address underlying issues.

Generate comprehensive reports on physical inventory status daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination.

Produce various reports and analytics regularly and communicate insights to team leaders for informed decision-making purposes.


Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained and updated for training and review purposes at least biannually.

Initiate, develop, and implement ongoing improvements within warehouse operations, including distribution, returns, and reboxing functions across multiple regions.

Collaborate with management at all levels to provide critical information and metrics related to distribution operations.

Support the generation of metric reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze forecasts, simulations, and productivity metrics.

Prepare for peak operational seasons by forecasting demand, optimizing staffing levels, and implementing process enhancements.


Identify customer and market trends, requirements, and operational challenges, and develop solutions to meet these needs and enhance operational performance.

Provide support for warehouse operational setup and project management initiatives as required.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7 years of experience in warehouse operations management, emphasizing inventory management and process enhancement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to facilitate informed decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to guide, coach, and mentor team members to achieve business objectives.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and excellence in record-keeping and reporting.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office:
particularly in Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and Word.

Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards related to warehouse operations.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:
This position necessitates the ability to communicate effectively while performing job duties.


The role requires the ability to stand, walk, utilize hands for handling or feeling, and reach with hands and arms.

The position requires dexterity to write and use a computer keyboard and mouse.

This role may require the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials, and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

Your base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows for progression as you grow and develop within the position. Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
