Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in using CRM software and Contact Centers, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable working independently while being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in Salesforce.

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 based on the location and job requirements.
