  • Engage with customers to address production and delivery concerns, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather essential documentation for accurate proposal generation.
  • Verify customer purchase orders for pricing accuracy and timely processing.
  • Communicate vendor price adjustments to clients and adjust assembly pricing as necessary.
  • Oversee the quotation process, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Work closely with various departments to align on company projects and initiatives, ensuring customer directives are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and their implications for customer service.
  • Track and process engineering change notices (ECNs) and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Prepare and distribute job packets with necessary documentation for production scheduling.
  • Assist with New Production Introduction (NPI) requests, ensuring all documentation and costing is accurately completed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, serving as the initial point of contact for clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards.
