- Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership by guiding the warehouse team, managing staff on shift, and training new members on processes and products.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders to ensure timely dispatch.
- Delivery Coordination: Assist in managing Delivery Partners to facilitate a seamless delivery experience.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items to resolve issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt of products from vendors, ensuring accuracy in physical counts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Stock Control: Organize products in inventory locations, conduct cycle counts to minimize stockouts, and manage waste in partnership with TooGoodToGo.
- Warehouse Oversight: Maintain a compliant, clean, and organized warehouse environment in line with operational standards.
- Health and Safety: Support compliance with onsite health and safety regulations and testing procedures.
- Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized, team-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (12am - 7am).
