**Clinical Supervisor Job Opportunity**

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at The Children's Community Programs of Connecticut. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services to children and families.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field, as well as licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW), is required.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring that therapists provide high-quality services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote model adherence and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct regular supervisory sessions with therapists, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their clinical skills.
  • Foster collaboration between the clinical team and other stakeholders, including DCF teams and service providers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with at least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision.
  • Prior direct experience providing clinical services to children and families.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
