Job Title: Occupational Therapist


Job Type: Full-time, Part-time


Description: Benchmark Human Services is committed to empowering marginalized populations and realizing the full potential of everyone. We are seeking part-time and full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) to address the functional needs of children in various developmental domains.


Responsibilities:



  • Administer evaluations and assessments to identify children's developmental needs.
  • Develop rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a healthy learning environment.
  • Collaborate with families to develop joint plans and recommend strategies utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
  • Comply with all Federal and State regulations, including those outlined in the Connecticut Birth to Three Program Regulations.

Requirements:



  • Possess a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of CT.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license.
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention.
  • Bilingual encouraged.
