Front Desk Team Member

**Job Overview:**
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills are essential. You'll be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
**Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
- Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and control access to the building.
- Maintain daily log, records, and forms.
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
**Skills & Qualifications:**
A high school diploma or equivalency is preferred. College-level courses in business or hospitality are also preferred. Two to three years of business experience are desired. Computer literacy, including information system hardware/software knowledge, is preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required. Multiple language fluency is desirable. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
**Benefits:**
As a full-time exempt associate, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. Time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match are also available. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
**Compensation:** $19-$20 hourly. The salary range is based on the job requirements and location.
