The Hilton Aventura Hotel is looking for a talented Front Desk Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for handling guest complaints, processing check-ins and check-outs, and adhering to payment and cash handling policies.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours. We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Processing check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements
  • Adhering to payment and cash handling policies
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred
