Job Summary:

The Mass General Brigham Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) is seeking a skilled Fit Test Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of our respiratory protection program. As a key member of the RPP team, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fit tests, providing education on the proper use of respiratory protection equipment, and performing equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct respirator fit tests across the healthcare system, in accordance with OSHA regulations and Mass General Brigham RPP's respiratory protection program policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the Mass General Brigham Train the Trainer program.
  • Provide education to employees on the proper use and maintenance of respiratory protection equipment.
  • Expertly manage the supply chain for fit test kits to ensure efficient and effective program execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of fit test results, training, and equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing quality assessment and program improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED Required; Associates Degree Preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with data collection and analysis preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Work Schedule:

  • 1 Day at Assembly Row (Mondays)
  • 3 days travel to sites (Tuesday – Thursday)
  • 1 day remote (Fridays)
