About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Home of the Innocents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our pediatric residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our nursing practices are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our care meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct resident care in a hospital or long-term care facility, with supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Skills: Strong clinical, supervisory, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
