Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Creole Cuisine restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including appearance, atmosphere, presentation, guest experience, financial success, and professional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control prime costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop hourly employees to ensure high-quality service and food quality.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Build and maintain relationships with the community, including local businesses and organizations.
- 4+ years of experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
