Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-end operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be the face of our store, and your leadership skills will be essential in driving sales, team member recruitment, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
- Front-End Operations: Lead and oversee the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Team Management: Recruit, engage, and retain team members, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive store sales, manage labor, margins, and shrink, and ensure that the store is operating efficiently.
- Customer Advocacy: Foster a positive and engaging work environment, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Leadership Experience: Proven success leading total building operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, sanitation, staffing, disciplinary actions, training, developing leaders, conducting performance appraisals, meeting deadlines, managing inventory and shrink, executing sales promotions, and merchandising.
- Communication Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with attention to detail, analytical, and solution-focused decisiveness.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and human resources software.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift 60 pounds between 15 inches and 70 inches above the ground, lifting heavier items is required occasionally.
