Service Manager

At Sprouts Farmers Market, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Satisfaction: Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
- Store Operations: Lead front-end operations, oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and drive store sales.
- Team Development: Proactively prepare work schedules, train team members, and help achieve store goals related to sales, labor, margins, and shrink.
- Customer Advocacy: Foster a positive and engaging work environment, ensuring team members provide superior customer service throughout the store.
- Leadership: Model the leadership behaviors aligned to Sprouts values, demonstrate product knowledge, and listen to and resolve customer complaints in compliance with company standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated success leading total building operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, sanitation, staffing, disciplinary actions, training, developing leaders, conducting performance appraisals, meeting deadlines, managing inventory and shrink, executing sales promotions, and merchandising.
- Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with attention to detail, analytical, and solution-focused decisiveness.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and human resources software.
