Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-end operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior service to our customers.
- Store Operations: Lead front-end operations, oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and drive store sales.
- Team Management: Recruit, engage, and retain team members, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with ordering, receiving, unloading, breaking down, stocking, facing, and rotating merchandise.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment, including tables, floors, walls, and display cases.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, and provide constructive feedback and direction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated success leading total building operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, sanitation, staffing, disciplinary actions, training, developing leaders, conducting performance appraisals, meeting deadlines, managing inventory and shrink, executing sales promotions, and merchandising.
- Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with attention to detail, analytical, and solution-focused decisiveness.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and human resources software.
