Job Description

At Sprouts Farmers Market, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior customer service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
  • Store Operations: Lead front-end operations, oversee store activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members, as well as manage discipline and performance appraisals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate labeling and pricing.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment, including tables, floors, walls, and display cases.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting customer advocacy and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success leading total building operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, sanitation, staffing, and training.
  • Skills: Professional communication, attention to detail, analytical, and solution-focused decisiveness; proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 60 pounds, stand on hard surfaces continuously, and push/pull racks and U-boats of merchandise.
