Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-end operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior service to our customers.
  • Front End Operations: Lead and oversee the entire front-end operation, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer service representatives, cashiers, and other front-end staff.
  • Store Sales: Drive store sales by implementing effective sales strategies, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment by promoting open communication, recognizing employee achievements, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to provide exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
