About the Role

Cambridge Dental Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our dental offices, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to dental office staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Foster a culture of patient-centered care, ensuring that patients receive exceptional service and treatment.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop dental office staff, promoting their growth and career advancement.
  • Financial Management: Manage dental office finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with dental practice operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of multi-dental practice management experience or 5+ years of single dental practice management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and interpret data, and proficiency in dental practice management software.
