About the Role

The Green Thumb is looking for a skilled Data Entry Assistant to join our team in the Low Country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering various types of data using current technology;
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry;
  • Maintaining logs for tracking purposes;
  • Reviewing and updating data in our systems;
  • Analyzing discrepancies in received data.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related fields;
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks (1 year) preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
