Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical services
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • A+ Certification
  • Experience with Dell and HP computer hardware
  • Knowledge of SCCM and other popular endpoint support systems
  • Experience with PowerShell, scripting, and Active Directory
