The Mobility Technician plays a vital role in supporting clinical personnel and the interprofessional healthcare team under direct supervision. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Facilitating patient mobility and assisting with infection control measures.
  • Guiding patients through exercises and functional activities.
  • Transporting patients to and from treatment areas.
  • Inspecting and maintaining medical equipment.
  • Performing basic clerical tasks to assist clinical staff in implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic Life Support Certification
