As a Group Facilitator with Bridges 2 Success, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Salary Range: $23-$29 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group sessions with individuals who have perpetrated domestic violence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants to ensure their engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with individuals who have perpetrated domestic violence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
