Product Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Sales Executive to join our team in the North American Commercial Organization. As a key member of our Mid-America Region Team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market share, and strengthening our positioning within the diagnostics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive growth and expansion in the diagnostic sector.
- Conduct comprehensive 'Day in the Lab' sessions to identify operational inefficiencies and assess analyzer consolidation opportunities.
- Develop tailored financial strategies to align with prospects' financial positions and our company goals.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary strategies for must-win opportunities and maintain precise management of transactional timelines and win probabilities in Salesforce.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with 5+ years of experience in diagnostics sales.
- Extensive experience in laboratory environments, market landscapes, and CIT and Automation solutions integration.
- Proven ability to craft and execute financial strategies and drive complex, multi-disciplinary strategies.
- Proficient in Salesforce and skilled in driving sales cycles, forecasting accuracy, and developing strategies to influence key decision-makers.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000, and this job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges and architect solutions that bring the power of science to life.
