Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service, and conserve business.
  • Help implement and support the corporate strategy to drive profitable growth and meet sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute plans to recruit new producers, train, and grow existing producers in assigned areas.
  • Meet or exceed assigned production plans and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, and other Home Office departments.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred)

Compensation:

Annual salary of $45,000.00, plus performance incentives with the potential to earn $200,000.00 or more annually.
