Join our client's rapidly growing team as a Sales Executive in an exciting role focused on driving business expansion within their medical testing division. With a long history and a strong reputation for consistent double-digit growth, our client seeks a dynamic sales professional to accelerate their growth and expand into new market segments.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a significant role in shaping the company's growth through proactive outreach, building client relationships, and establishing new business opportunities. This role reports directly to the CEO, providing a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the medical testing division.

This position is hybrid, with three days in the office per week and two days working from home.

Qualifications of the Sales Executive - Medical Testing:

  • 2+ years in a Sales or Business Development role with a track record of success
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and effectively manage key accounts
  • Excellent communication skills with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Driven, career-focused professional eager to make a substantial impact within a fast-growing organization
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Lead Navigator, or similar CRM and sales tools
  • Background in medical or laboratory testing sales, especially within healthcare institutions, is a plus

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive - Medical Testing:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new business with hospitals and large health centers
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy for the medical testing division
  • Support customer service and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
