• Conduct functional testing on software products developed by the organization.

• Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities remain intact after updates.

• Develop automated unit tests for new software features.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members on best practices in quality assurance activities.

• Establish exit criteria for each software application undergoing modifications.

• Define relevant testing criteria for applications in development.

• Experience with Postman and JIRA is essential.

• Ensure comprehensive testing of all applications, meeting minimum standards in areas such as issue severity, code coverage, automated regression testing, and stress testing.

• Actively participate in root cause analysis for any oversights during the QA process, ensuring that remediation strategies are implemented.
