About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MarketOne International as a Senior Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Research and qualify new business leads, identifying potential opportunities and pain points
  • Engage with senior executives to discuss business needs and identify potential solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent work experience considered)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in IT or enterprise software sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
