Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III

Linchpin Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and internal ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources
- Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Provide excellent customer service, actively listening to client concerns and clearly explaining solutions
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams, keeping clients informed
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base, documenting solutions to recurring problems
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, company products, and service desk procedures through ongoing training and knowledge base updates
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level helpdesk support
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of troubleshooting experience
