Job Title: Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III

Linchpin Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Desk Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and internal ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established procedures and knowledge base resources
  • Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide excellent customer service, actively listening to client concerns and clearly explaining solutions
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams, keeping clients informed
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base, documenting solutions to recurring problems
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies, company products, and service desk procedures through ongoing training and knowledge base updates
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level helpdesk support
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of troubleshooting experience
