POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Assist the payroll division in ensuring the precise management of payroll documentation.
- Oversee financial operations and functions pertinent to a non-profit organization.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Exceptional analytical and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Adeptness in quickly mastering financial systems for accurate reporting.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with program managers for precise financial reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, payroll, or accounting is preferred.
