Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives and drive business growth in the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals, and ensure the availability of Ipsen's products in the territory.
  • Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, prioritizing key physician and account relationships, and executing brand strategy through effective business planning.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, and operate the territory within the assigned expense budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of success in oncology sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
