We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Account Specialist to join our team at Ipsen Pharma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative oncology products to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in the northern part of New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives and drive business growth in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals, and ensure the availability of Ipsen's products in the territory.
- Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner, prioritizing key physician and account relationships, and executing brand strategy through effective business planning.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and operate the territory within the assigned expense budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business, or healthcare.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of success in oncology sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
