Family Support Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team in Southern New Hampshire. As a Family Support Specialist, you will provide support to families involved with DCYF, utilizing your knowledge of the child welfare system and experience working with families affected by substance use disorder or mental health issues.
The successful candidate will have experience working with families, knowledge of community resources, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for completing various trainings, participating in field trainings, and practicing cultural competency. If you are passionate about supporting families and making a difference in their lives, we encourage you to apply.
**Compensation:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
**Qualifications:**- High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
- Knowledge of family court process.
- Experience with Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Services, and Child Welfare system (lived or professional).
- A means of transportation to visit family homes and locations around NH.
