Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Delivery Consultant to join our Plex team, focusing on both domestic and international clientele. As a specialist in manufacturing processes, your primary goal will be to facilitate the successful implementation of the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, empowering customers to become proficient Plex users. Your expertise in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Quality will be instrumental in providing consulting leadership to our manufacturing partners. You will report directly to the Manager of Professional Services - Plex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive services to clients, including new system implementations, solution optimization, and project expansion initiatives.
  • Participate in customer kickoff meetings to outline project expectations, deliverables, and training schedules.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon project plans and timelines.
  • Collect and document precise requirements for software configurations that align with the client's business objectives.
  • Research and manage customer support inquiries from initiation to resolution.
  • Provide timely communication regarding options for resolution and project status.
  • Collaborate with Support Services to address customer support issues effectively.
  • Oversee timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Implement and validate software configurations.
  • Travel to client locations as necessary.
  • Offer on-site assistance during go-live events.
  • Enhance our Delivery Practice, PMO, and Plex Knowledge Management System.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of consulting experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with Plex systems is advantageous.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient consulting skills.
  • Experience in testing and validating software configurations.
  • Adept at configuring software to meet client specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
