Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Techno Functional Consultant to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Windchill Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for representing the business team to elicit requirements from business users, reviewing and analyzing requirements, and validating their coverage and completeness. You will also be responsible for creating artifacts, conducting process gap identification and analysis, and mapping business requirements to Windchill functionalities. Additionally, you will have the ability to articulate the solution to the business team to get approval and coordinate with Solution Design and Business teams to manage business requirements and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements from business users and review and analyze them
Validate the coverage and completeness of requirements collected
Create artifacts to support the requirements
Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes
Map business requirements to Windchill functionalities and capture gaps
Articulate the solution to the business team to get approval
Coordinate with Solution Design and Business teams to manage business requirements and schedules

Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of PTC Windchill from Solution, Technical, and Functional sides
Functional experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Change Management, especially in the automotive industry
Good understanding of PLM processes end-to-end, especially in the automotive industry
Excellent business analysis and process skills on PLM
Excellent knowledge to validate Business requirements with Solution Design in Windchill
Good understanding of PLM system, associated processes like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc

Desirable Skills:
Strong spoken, written, and communication skills
Strong team skills to work effectively on multi-business unit, multi-functional teams
Ability to handle workload
Working experience to handle global teams
