About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at Talento HCM. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and implementation of merchandising and personalization campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute personalization and promotional campaigns to support revenue and communication goals.
  • Utilize web analytics and behavioral data to inform product creation and updates, optimize product ranking and sorting, and manage web banners and targeting rules.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide e-commerce briefs and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Produce and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing web analytics, behavioral data, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple departments, providing guidance and mentorship to Specialists as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting an eCommerce consumer-facing department.
  • Experience in A/B Testing, CMS systems, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of data management platforms to track consumer behavior highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and use of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Aviation, Cruise, or Hotel experience highly preferred.
