Who are we looking for?


Club Med North America is looking for a high-energy, dedicated individual who is interested in learning and assisting in our digital marketing team. This is an internship position designed for a person that has a passion for digital marketing who would like to gain eCommerce industry experience, learn about marketing & digital strategies and work with a driven, passionate team.

As a member of our Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Intern will assist in the department’s day-to-day tasks for both USA and Canada markets: website content animation, search engine optimization, website development, performance monitoring. The Digital Marketing Intern will also be expected to help with other projects and marketing needs, such as market research, reporting, content writing, and more.

Responsibilities include:


Website Content: update and animate content on our B2C & B2B websites to ensure all promotions and product information are current.

Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on site optimizations including SEO, website UX, eCommerce and on-site search

Monitor the website for broken links, errors, and issues; work with the eCommerce and Marketing teams (regional and web developer to implement solutions and enhancements.

Contribute to digital platforms redesign projects in various ways

Contribution in other digital-related tasks

Regularly generate, analyze, interpret and communicate KPIs results


Profile required:


Must be a recent college graduate or currently enrolled in school (Marketing / Business / Communications)

Must be currently authorized to work in the US


Skills


  • Excellent native English (verbal/written)
  • Have experience or the desire to learn how to become a great digital marketer
  • Ability to multitask: must be able to listen and follow directions from lead strategists and meet deadlines
  • Excellent graphic design and layout skill
