SEO Specialist Job Description

At Optimum7, we are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance online visibility and drive revenue growth for our clients in the B2B and industrial eCommerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword analysis, to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct Website Audits: Regularly audit websites to identify optimization opportunities and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
  • Manage SEO Projects: Manage SEO projects from strategy to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client objectives.
  • Analyze Website Data: Analyze website data and SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay Current with SEO Trends: Stay current with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to continuously improve client strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 Years of SEO Experience: 2-4 years of relevant SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • SEO Tools and Platforms: Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress.
  • Google Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Optimum7, base pay is a key component of our comprehensive compensation package and is set within a range to allow for progression as you grow and develop in your role. The base pay range for the SEO Specialist position is between $52,000-$74,000, and your compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
