Strategic CRM Director

MSC Cruises is seeking a seasoned technology and business leader to drive its digital agenda and influence change within a complex environment. As a key member of the global team, you will play a lead role in developing and delivering comprehensive strategies, tools, and analyses that meet MSC Cruises USA commercial business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven innovation strategy to guide the organization's customer marketing and CRM systems.
- Build and optimize CRM and marketing technology platforms, ensuring a strong understanding of data flows and technical architecture.
- Create and articulate a compelling vision for the CRM & Marketing team, inspiring innovation and growth.
- Analyze data from various sources to support decisions and align the U.S. organization's strategy with the global team.
- Balance the need for broad change with the organization's capabilities, creating realistic goals and implementation plans.
- Attract, motivate, and develop top talent, celebrating diversity and managing performance effectively.
- Partner with the global MSC Cruises team to ensure alignment on CRM and MarTech strategy and US market execution.
- Maximize performance of existing marketing technology tools and build a roadmap for migration to new Adobe and Salesforce tools.
- Determine use cases and enhancement opportunities for various tools and programs that deliver value to business users.
- Lead customer database enhancement, growth, and segmentation.
- Identify new opportunities for data-driven innovation and evidence-based decision making.
- Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Outbound, and Contact Center teams to drive list management, growth strategies, customer segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership on applications and adoption.
