About the Chief Information Security Office (CISO):
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is comprised of highly skilled professionals dedicated to safeguarding the interests of Citi's clients, revenue, employees, and proprietary information. We manage information security as a comprehensive program with clear mandates and accountability. Role Summary:
The Information Security Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for spearheading initiatives to prevent, monitor, and respond to information and data breaches as well as cyber threats. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the effective execution of Information Security directives and activities in accordance with Citi's data security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of information security controls for supported groups.
- Address vulnerabilities or issues identified within applications or infrastructure.
- Analyze source code to mitigate recognized weaknesses and vulnerabilities within systems.
- Review and validate automated testing outcomes, prioritizing actions to resolve issues based on overall risk assessment.
- Utilize automated tools to scan and analyze applications, performing manual testing as necessary.
- Minimize risk by investigating the root causes of issues, their impacts, and necessary corrective measures.
- Guide the development and delivery of secure solutions through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Assess risk appropriately during business decision-making, with particular regard for the firm’s reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
- Proven skills in influencing and managing relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
