Job Title: Vice President, Marketing Technology

At Targetbase, we're seeking a seasoned marketing technology professional to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. As Vice President, Marketing Technology, you'll be responsible for managing client satisfaction, project delivery, and resource planning for a portfolio of technology-oriented direct marketing clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall client satisfaction and project delivery for a portfolio of technology-oriented direct marketing clients.
  • Develop and implement strong program management practices, including change requests, issue management, risk management, and decision tracking.
  • Collaborate with project leads to ensure resource and revenue forecasts are aligned and that project hours forecast during sales process are tracking with actuals.
  • Manage open requisitions and shift resources across projects as needed.
  • Communicate status, issues, and risks effectively to client team members.
  • Accountable for meeting predetermined revenue objectives, up-selling, and margin targets while solidifying relationships with existing or new clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including client-facing duties.
  • 7+ years of experience with software implementations from requirements through design, development, and client acceptance using Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as Unica, Adobe, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • 7+ years of experience in relational database design, administration, and support, including OLTP and Warehouse environments.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with design and development of large-scale applications in parallel computing environments.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams.
  • Demonstrated technology background in multiple disciplines, including system architecture, programming, system administration, database administration, database design, and networking technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of professional consulting services, marketing strategy, and technology.
  • Outstanding client and team leadership skills.
  • Drive development strategies and key deliverables.
  • Be a key client advocate internally and externally, anticipating and resolving problems with the client and managing the performance of internal delivery resources.
