District Sales Manager

About the Role:
The District Sales Manager is a key position responsible for the overall success of our Spirit Halloween stores. As a seasoned sales professional, you will oversee the sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink management for an average of 3 stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Manage payroll, recruiting, and training to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability
- Identify and mitigate shrinkage to protect company assets
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales and operational goals
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds
